Application Note:
Plansee numbers 11631858, 11627775 and
11635381, when assembled form a
dimensional match to 0020-82474. This
insert design allows customers to rotate
and reuse the aperture when wear takes
the part out of spec. By shrinking the
size of the consumable part, the new
insert can be made of a higher grade of
graphite, which has shown to last longer
in the tools and shed less particles.
