Due to the large variety in specie mixes
run today, a few different front plates
are now offered for the Quantum tools.
The most basic style is the two piece
design shown in balloons 10-60 which
works well for customers that see uneven
wear on the top plates, allowing for the
replacement of one side at a time.
The "one piece design" in balloon 70-100
have proven effective for customers
running standard specie mixes, but
require a consistent aperture size
during whole lifetime for process.
