Plansee designed set up cup assembly allows users to remove the consumable portion of the assembly from the tool, without removing the entire pod, and rotate it for extended life, thus reducing PM time and increasing tool up time.

Items 20, 30, and 40 are enhanced replacements for OEM# E17170014

Items 30 and 50 are modified inserts with varying thicknesses to allow customer to maximize the tool up-time based on their process mix; the OEM insert is .750"[19.05mm].

Customers are recommended to use item 50 rather than item 30 for process that deposit material on the set up cup as oppose to etching material on the set up cup.
