Application Note:

The parts shown in items 10 thru 40 are designed for the VIISta HC/HCP/HCS tools and are made with specialty graphite. However they will also fit on the PAS Trident Waveguide.

Items 30 and 40 were made with a triple thick defining edge and have shown to average > 10 weeks.

Item 50 thru 90 is for the standard Trident tool.

Item 50 is a Si version of the standard Trident Clipper.

Item 60 is a replica of the standard Trident design, but is made with the same specialty graphite found in items 10 - 40 and has proven to last 50% longer than the standard silicon part.

Item 70 is a shortened version of item 60 and was created to help improve beam through-put.

Items 80 and 90 are the mating pieces for the standard Trident two piece version. They will mate with 50, 60 and 70.
