Application Note:

Reversible (Dual/Twin) Electrodes and Mounts are available for this assembly for customers who run their process recipes within an energy range that only requires one aperture size. The modified electrodes (11631769 & 11631766) shown in balloons 130 & 150 are the Dual HE versions (4.5mm apertures), but Dual LE versions (3.5mm apertures) could be made available if desired.

In order to use these modified electrodes, the modified mounting plates (11631877 & 11633979) shown in balloons 120 and 140 must be installed. These new plates accept the modified electrodes and the standard ones, making electrode change outs simple and convenient.
