Application Note:

Balloon 70 is a modified version of 0020-94202, with a small change to the mounting features to allow the use of a standard or reversible Ground Electrode.

Balloons 130 & 160 are reversible (Twin/Dual) Electrode's, designed for customers who run their process recipes within an energy range that only requires one aperture size.

Balloons 120 & 150 are graphite versions of the standard Moly mount plates and accept the standard or reversible electrodes.

Balloon 170 is a graphite version of 0020-97546. This part is a dimensional match to the standard aluminum part shown as balloon 110 and can be used in all the same functions.

Balloon 140 is a self-shielding insulator which extends the length of the coating path between the suppression and ground plates, providing longer up-time between PM's.
